origins

Roost began as a direct response
to the fall of the housing market in 2008
as well as everyone realizing they could do without so much extra fluff.
We also believe that life is hard enough
without having to worry about making your next mortgage payment.
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could have a less burdensome mortgage hanging over you?
In fact, wouldn’t it be great to reduce your mortgage down to a 5 or 15 year length?
Roost would like to take on that challenge and
strive to bring it to reality.
